Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Aasmaah, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. We understand that buying clothing online can sometimes come with fit or sizing concerns, and we're happy to assist wherever possible.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be unwashed and unaltered.
Be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Have all Aasmaah brand tags, labels and other original tags intact and attached.
Not have any stains, makeup marks, perfume/fragrance, damage or signs of use.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected upon inspection.

3. Fit & Size Issues

We understand that getting the right fit online can sometimes be difficult.

If the size or fit isn't right, you may request an exchange for another available size, subject to stock availability, provided the product meets our return conditions.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.

Please check the size guide provided on the product page before placing your order.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

For such cases, please share clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Where the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our part, Aasmaah will arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

5. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.

Please allow the applicable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been initiated.

Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable for returns made due to change of mind, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Return Shipping

For returns or exchanges due to size, fit or change of mind, the applicable return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

For products that are incorrect, damaged or defective due to an error on our part, Aasmaah will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

7. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

The following may not be eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
Products with removed, damaged or missing Aasmaah tags/labels.
Products returned after the 5 day return window.
Products specifically marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page.
Products showing signs of use, stains, fragrance, makeup or other damage.
